Payment Options

We understand that every company has its own way of doing business. This is never more evident than in how you choose to pay for our services. We're committed to doing business with you on the most favorable terms. Thus, we offer several options for payment.
When ordering, you can choose any of the following:
Check or Money Order Please ensure that all checks are made payable to our company.
COD Let us know that we can pick up payment when we deliver the final report.
Net 14 Frequent customers can arrange for payment terms by contacting our billing department.
PayPal Online payments and credit card payments may be made through this internet service.

Paying with a Credit Card
Occasionally we receive orders for appraisal reports where payment is required in advance. Whether the report is for a home owner, or just from a client with whom we've not done business before, these instances have been known to cause delays in the past.
No longer. Our company now accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments for any transaction. You can use this option to pay for single appraisals, multiple orders or any of our other services.
When you place an order on my web site you can immediately click the “Buy Now” button above and you’ll be sent to PayPal for your credit card information.
When you send your appraisal request, the credit card information is automatically saved and attached with your order. Your card will NOT be charged until I process the order.
Don't worry about making a mistake when you enter your credit card information. If you do mistype some information, you'll be prompted to enter a valid credit card number before the order can be processed.
How secure is my information?
With our web site you get unsurpassed transaction security since every credit card payment is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL). All communications between the computer and the server are scrambled, so if any payment data gets illegally intercepted, it's completely unreadable.
But I don't WANT to enter my credit card information online!
I understand! Some of our clients would prefer NOT to enter credit card information on a web site even IF the data is being entered is secure and encrypted.

How to order an Appraisal online for new Clients!
Thank you very much for your interest in Jasman Appraisals, Inc.. Ordering an appraisal online can be fast and easy and can minimize the chance that we’ll have to call you to clarify or provide additional information. We’ll get started faster, which means we’ll finish faster. You’ll be able to keep up with the status of your order any time, 24 hours a day.

Here are some instructions to help you gain access to our new site. Then you will have the ability to place Appraisal orders & view Appraisal status, during the Appraisal process. Please follow the steps below:
1) Go to www.jasmanappraisals.com
2) Go to and click “Order an Appraisal” If you are a new client (You won't have a Username or Password) so: Skip "Option 1".
3) Go straight to "Option 2" Create an account. "Fully complete" this form. STOP at the bottom before "User name & Password".
4) When you Create a User name & Password it must be something you can remember that's easy, such as "a & b" below: Your e-mail address and your name! If your name is Robert Brown:
a. User name (E-Mail address): robertbrown@comcast.net
b. Robert Brown's Password must robertbr = 8 characters
be at least 8 characters.
5) Now you have your User name & Password so Go click "NEXT".
6) After you've hit "Enter", if a message pops up that says "none of these match me" please MARK this box even if it does have your correct information. Since we are completing a new application and there's nothing to match in our database.
7) Fill out the Assignment information which is the "appraisal order". Please complete the Appraisal order form with as much info as possible! Click NEXT-- You will see "Thank you! The next time you order online from our website all you have to do is click on: Client Login
Then put in your new User name & Password and hit NEXT!!
